This looks like some fresh stuff, unless it somehow passed me by. This video gives you a play by play of everything he is doing. It's kind of like back engineering a natural so you know exactly what he is doing. This is for all of us thinking people that need to know how things work. Even though I would say most naturals are the types of guys who don't think too much.
